As a proud VoLK (Voice of Loving Kindness) and member of the Kindred Spirit Circle since 2023, we believe that kindness starts with you and the things you choose to digest – whether it is loving thoughts or nutritious food. We hope this e-cookbook, that is full of fun, familiar favourites but with a vegan twist, will inspire you to practice kindness as part of your daily life. Each recipe comes with a Recipe for Kindness, little reflections on life and kindness, to encourage and embolden you to spread Good Vibes both in your kitchen and outside of it!

Whether you need to figure out what to make for Meatless Mondays, have a vegan or vegetarian friend coming over for a dinner party or simply need to expand your repertoire of plant-based recipes, “Good Vibes in the Kitchen, 20 Meatless Recipes for Kindness” delivers all that and more!

Featuring an inspiring foreword by Ms Junie Foo, Chairperson of Singapore Kindness Movement, this little cookbook includes quotes to encourage more kindness and thought-provoking anecdotes to reflect on as you mindfully prepare each meal.

Description

Eat your way to more kindness with these fun, meatless recipes!

“Good Vibes in the Kitchen is an inspirational and practical guide for a full mindfulness-based eating experience. The introduction that Cheryl writes at the beginning of each recipe brilliantly sets the tone for a non-judgmental approach towards mindfully producing each meatless recipe. I am thrilled that this recipe book filled with love and kindness has finally arrived!”~ Helen Clare Rozario, Mindfulness + Meditation Teacher

“Being in balance with what we consume is so important, not just for ourselves but for the environment. Even if you enjoy eating meat like I do, eating more vegetables or turning to plant-based alternatives when we can, makes a significant difference. With Cheryl’s cookbook, you will have some awesome recipes to help you with a greener, sustainable lifestyle.” ~ Paul Foster, Actor & Host, Conscious Consumer

“As someone who’s been plant-based for the past 4 years, these recipes couldn’t have come at a better time! Cheryl has made going meat-free sexy and easy and this book is a fabulous introduction to leading an animal-friendlier diet.” ~ Angelique Teo, Radio & Media Personality, Plant-based

“We are a family of meat eaters with a spouse/mom who is vegetarian, and it’s always been difficult to find meals that everyone can enjoy. This cookbook offers readers a great resource for fun twists on vegan and vegetarian fare. The recipes are easy to follow, help to get our whole family involved and make meal planning during the week a smooth process.” ~ Matthew & Elisa Pomianek, Financial Advisor & Physical Therapist, Omnivore & Vegetarian
